9. Accounts

Accounts shows your organisation's details on one read-only page. Use it to check who the account contact is, which subscription you have and where invoices go.

Open Accounts in the side menu.

The Account Details page shows Client Name, Client ID, Vertical, Onboarding Date, Subscription Type, Currency, Tax Id, Email, Phone, Region, Billing Address, Contact Person and Partner Name. You cannot change them here. If something is wrong, contact your Groundzero partner or support.

The Subscription Type tells you whether Billing is available (chapter 8).
