Troubleshooting#

FAQ#
Where are my passwords kept? In connections only. Your code and datasets use a connection by name and never contain credentials. A connection's details show secrets as hidden values.
Can I change the theme or colours? An administrator sets them for the whole site.
How do I refresh a dashboard? Reopen it. Use Export To PDF or Export to Excel to take a copy. A scheduled job can refresh the data a dashboard reads.
What is the difference between a dataset, a job and a notebook? A dataset answers a question when you ask and feeds charts. A job moves data without you and can run on a schedule. A notebook is for exploring interactively.
Why does a saved chart show current data? Groundzero saves the chart design, not the rows. It runs the dataset each time the chart opens.
How long are dataset results kept? Groundzero keeps the result of an identical query in your browser for 10 minutes. Reload the page to start fresh.
Where can I get help? Open the Help menu. Community opens the Groundzero community chat, and the support address is listed there. Your administrator can help with permissions and access.
